Returns & Refunds

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail within 15 days of the original ship date.

 

• Items must be returned within 15 days
• Apparel, footwear, and accessories (bags, sunglasses, leather goods, jewelry and watches) may be returned unless the item is marked Clearance or Final Sale or Non-Returnable
• Returns received after the 15-day return period are accepted at our discretion. Late returns that are accepted will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of their original sale prices. This will appear on your orders page as ‘late-return fee’
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, eyewear cases, shoe boxes and gift boxes when applicable
• Items must not be worn, altered or damaged
• Beauty items are final sale
• Please note, we reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone management believes to be a reseller or bulk purchaser are final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted

 

Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of payment. or a gift card (gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law).
